Jeannette “Jeannie” Brendel
Jeannette “Jeannie” Brendel is a Registered Architect licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. She began her career in architecture in 1988. Jeannie graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture.
In 1996, she founded Brendel Architects, LLC which has been very successful. She has extensive design experience in various genres of architecture. Jeannie is well versed in energy efficient design including solar orientation and collection, geothermal heating and air conditioning systems, rain water harvesting and “green” construction materials.
Brandy Pingsterhaus
Brandy Pingsterhaus graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Technology in 2008. She completed a Masters in Architecture from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2014. Currently, she is an Intern Architect working toward the completion of the NCARB Intern Development Program and the Architect Registration Examination (ARE). She began her career with the firm in 2000. Brandy is knowledgeable in Leadership in Energy Efficient Design, LEED, certification requirements. She is also proficient in computer aided drafting.
Michael Bauer
Michael Bauer is a 1997 graduate of Ranken Technical College in St. Louis, MO with an Associates of Architectural Technology. He has been an asset to Brendel Architects, LLC since his graduation and is currently our Senior Project Manager.
Mike is very detail oriented and is exceptional at structural design and project coordination. He has perfected his computer aided drafting skills and continually advances the office technology.
Jackie Tebbe
Jackie Tebbe, the Office Manager, has been with the firm since 2006. She has over 25 years of experience and keeps the office running smoothly. Jackie coordinates all the printing and shipping for the firm and records all financial transactions.
She is very personable and is eager to assist our clients with any questions or scheduling matters.
